Put arrows or circle things on a picture? I am looking for an app where I can emphasize things on a picture by circling it on the picture or by putting arrows on the picture to point things out. The app "ImagePointer" does exactly this and is shown in the screenshots below. You can position your arrows anywhere on the photo and you can point the arrows in any direction and position it simply by tapping your screen. You can also add circles around an object to emphasize the object or add many arrows and circles together if you wish. It is not limited to just one arrow or circle. Then you just tap save when ready to save your new picture showing your pointers.
